Jennifer Aniston Discusses Rumors on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Jennifer Aniston recently appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” where she addressed a variety of tabloid rumors and discussed some humorous topics. The “Friends” actress was on the program to promote her new picture book “Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life.” During the show, host Jimmy Kimmel took the opportunity to inquire about several headlines that have been written about Aniston over the years.
Among the headlines was a claim of a close friendship between Aniston and former President Barack Obama. Aniston, now 55, clarified this rumor by explaining she had only met Obama once, leading Kimmel and Aniston to laugh about the misleading headline.
In a more unexpected topic, Kimmel asked Aniston about a rumor suggesting she possesses a Ziploc bag containing her late therapist’s ashes. Aniston’s reaction was one of surprise, followed by a hesitant admission that the rumor was “a little true.” The actress, however, chose not to disclose further details on this matter.
Other rumors were also addressed, including a claim that Aniston had installed a $4,000 anti-aging water filter at her home specifically for her dogs, as well as a supposed black belt in jujitsu. Aniston refuted these rumors, though she did confirm having had a salmon sperm facial and carrying a jar of olives when traveling abroad. Additionally, she recounted a humorous incident of being approached for a selfie while she was nude in a sauna.
Reflecting on her childhood, Aniston shared a family tradition where she was encouraged to belly dance at family gatherings. She related this experience to the anxiety she feels when witnessing friends ask their children to perform during events. Aniston attributed some “inner trauma” to these performances, often requested by her Greek relatives.
Aniston also nostalgically recalled her attempts in New York City to meet Duran Duran vocalist Simon Le Bon in her youth. She detailed a failed attempt to meet the singer after waiting outside for hours. Years later, she did have the opportunity to meet Le Bon and even interviewed him for Interview magazine, humorously noting that she shared how he “destroyed” her childhood.
