It’s that thrilling time of the year again as the Miss South Africa 2024 rehearsals kick off with glitz and glamour. Fans are buzzing with excitement as their beloved Bonang Matheba, affectionately known as Queen B, takes charge of the stage.

As rehearsals begin, the Top 10 contestants are strutting their stuff to a vibrant drumbeat, all under the watchful eye of series producer Relebogile Mabotja. She’s quickly directing the girls, giving them insights from the playbacks of their grand entrance. Everyone is energized, especially after a long week of preparation, and you can feel the anticipation in the air.

Just after the introductions, Bonang makes her grand entrance in a stunning skin-tight red dress. Photographers, including the talented Daniel Essien, swoop in to capture her every move, while stylist Damola Adeyemi and make-up artist Benita add final touches to ensure Bonang looks absolutely flawless.

With rehearsals wrapping up, the contestants can’t resist rushing up for selfies with the Queen herself. ‘I just love her,’ whispers contestant Lethaukuthula with a giddy smile, showing just how starstruck everyone is around Bonang.

Outside the venue, preparations are underway for what promises to be a spectacular event. The pink carpet is being rolled out, ready for friends of the brand to arrive for the toast to an innovative sparkling wine in a can, crafted by an inspiring black woman, the first member of the Cap Classique Producers Association.

Filming crews from Bonang Matheba Entertainment and Cake Media are capturing every moment for the next episode of B’dazzled, continuing to showcase Bonang’s journey from her humble beginnings in Mafikeng to her empire of entertainment.
