Thomas Massie Kentucky 4th Congressional District Election

Republican U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie has declared himself victorious in his re-election campaign for Kentucky‘s 4th Congressional District, despite the results not being officially announced. Massie is running unopposed in the district, which covers northern Kentucky, making his victory all but certain.

Massie, known for his libertarian-leaning stance and his willingness to defy his party’s leadership at times, has been a member of Congress since late 2012. His unopposed status in the election means that he only needed one vote to secure his re-election.

In addition to his congressional duties, Massie has been active on social media, recently noting endorsements and other political developments. For instance, he mentioned the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire’s endorsement of former President Donald Trump.

The 4th Congressional District is one of six districts in Kentucky where elections are being held. Other notable races include those in the 1st District, where James Comer is facing Democrat Erin Marshall, and the 6th District, where Andy Barr is challenged by Democrat Randy Cravens.
