USTA Announces Openings for Senior Manager of Performance Analytics and National Coach of Wheelchair Tennis
The United States Tennis Association (USTA) has recently announced job openings for the positions of Senior Manager of Performance Analytics and National Coach of Wheelchair Tennis. These openings present exciting opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of tennis in the country.

The Senior Manager of Performance Analytics will work closely with the Heads of Women’s and Men’s Tennis and the Director of Coaching to design and maintain systems and processes for Performance Team support and integration. The role also involves collaborating with the Performance Analytics Team to develop and deliver performance analytics to American players on their pathway to success.
The USTA is looking for candidates who are passionate about tennis and possess strong analytical skills. The base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
On the other hand, the National Coach of Wheelchair Tennis will play a crucial role in training and managing high-performance athletes, as well as supporting the expansion of the High-Performance Wheelchair Tennis within the Professional and Community Tennis divisions. Responsibilities include organizing camps for junior and adult wheelchair players, creating performance programs, and facilitating coaching workshops.
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in coaching wheelchair tennis and be able to represent the USTA at both domestic and international events. The base salary for the National Coach of Wheelchair Tennis ranges from $95,000 to $105,000.
