The Forest Department successfully apprehended the wolf on Thursday after utilizing firecrackers to guide it into a specific pathway, allowing officials to tranquillise it for transportation to a zoo.
Advanced technologies, including drone cameras and thermal drone mapping techniques, were employed to trap the wolf, as confirmed by the Chief Wildlife Warden, who granted permission for such actions.
According to authorities, four wolves have been captured so far, although the total number of wolves in the area remains undetermined.
