2025 Supercross Championship Finale Set for Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The 2025 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship will conclude on Saturday, May 10, with its 17th and final round at Rice-Eccles Stadium. After last week’s round in Denver, the 250SX West Division Championship has already been decided, but the races for the 250SX East Division and the 450SX title are still wide open.
Fans can tune in for qualifying beginning at 1:30 p.m. EDT/10:30 a.m. PDT via Race Day Live, with the main program starting at 6:30 p.m. EDT/3:30 p.m. PDT. The event will be broadcast live on Peacock and USA Network, featuring opening ceremonies and an anticipated night show at 7 p.m. EDT/4 p.m. PDT.
Jason Thomas, an industry veteran, highlighted the significance of this final round. “There is a lot on the line for both titles, and all eyes will be on the racers as they take the gates in Salt Lake City,” he said.
Chase Sexton will vie for the 450SX title against Cooper Webb, who has a narrow nine-point lead heading into the championship final. “I just need to race smart and win,” Sexton said. “I know the stakes and I’m ready to lay it all on the line.”
Meanwhile, a thrilling 250SX East finale is set with Haiden Deegan, Nate Thrasher, and Tom Vialle all within three points. Deegan, who has already clinched the 250SX West title, expressed excitement about the intensity of the showdown: “It’s going to be a fun battle. We’ve all got something to prove.”
