LAS VEGAS, Nevada — The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is set to host UFC Vegas 106 this Saturday, May 17, 2025. The event will feature a highly anticipated main event where former welterweight title challenger Gilbert Burns will take on rising prospect Michael Morales inside the UFC APEX.

Burns, who is fighting for the first time since September, seeks to end his three-fight losing streak. He has faced tough opponents including Sean Brady and Belal Muhammad, remaining a formidable competitor just below the top tier of the 170-pound division.

Morales, undefeated at 17-0, looks to continue his ascent in the welterweight ranks after a decisive first-round stoppage win over Neil Magny last August. The Ecuadorian has impressed during his tenure, earning a Performance of the Night bonus and eyeing a spot in the top contenders.

Alongside Burns and Morales, the co-main event features a light heavyweight bout between Paul Craig and Rodolfo Bellato. Craig is returning to the division where he previously enjoyed success, while Bellato is riding an unbeaten streak.

Other exciting matchups on the card include Sodiq Yusuff against Mairon Santos and Gabe Green facing newcomer Matheus Camilo. Camilo, whose impressive streak of six wins led to his UFC contract, aims to showcase his skills against the experienced Green who moves down to lightweight after a brief stint up the weight class.

Fans can tune in to the prelims starting at 4 p.m. ET, followed by the main card at 7 p.m. ET, streaming live on ESPN+. With a total of twelve fights, UFC Vegas 106 promises to deliver thrilling action throughout the evening.
