Kevin Nash Compares Rhea Ripley to Hulk Hogan

LOS ANGELES, CA — WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash praised Rhea Ripley on his podcast, likening her athletic prowess to that of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan. Nash, a long-standing figure in professional wrestling, expressed admiration for Ripley’s skills and potential.
Nash stated, “Rhea is so athletic. Rhea looks like she could go against probably 50% of the male roster.” He emphasized that seeing her perform evokes the same awe he felt when he first met Hogan, a man he once believed was larger than life.
He recalled his impression of Hogan, saying, “I swore Hogan was 6’9”, because he was just bigger than life, his charisma, everything else. It’s the same thing with Rhea. I thought Rhea was like 6’0”, 185 lbs girl, and she’s probably 5’7”, but on TV, the way she moves, she comes across as probably bigger than life.”
Ripley has quickly risen to become one of professional wrestling’s top stars and a perpetual championship contender since joining WWE. Currently, she is focused on the Women’s World Championship following her participation in WrestleMania 41, where fans expect her to face off once more against a formidable opponent.
Nash’s comparison to Hogan is a significant nod, as Hogan remains one of wrestling’s most iconic figures. Ripley’s trajectory appears to echo that success, suggesting a promising future ahead in the world of professional wrestling.
