Suresh Raina, a legendary figure for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), hinted at a potential return to the team as a batting coach during the broadcast of CSK’s final game in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
In a post-match press conference held on May 26, 2025, after CSK’s impressive win against the Gujarat Titans, current CSK spin bowling coach Sridharan Sriram was asked about Raina’s comments. He replied, “I don’t know. I have to ask him if he said that.”
