Pierre Kalulu Juventus Milan Transfer News

TORINO, Italy — Pierre Kalulu is officially a Juventus player. On his 25th birthday, June 5, 2025, the club announced that they have exercised the option to buy the French defender from AC Milan for a total fee that could reach €17.6 million.

The fixed portion of the deal is €14.3 million, which will be paid over three years. Additionally, there are €300,000 in accessory charges and potential bonuses of up to €3 million based on performance objectives.

Kalulu, who spent last season on loan at Juventus, made 39 appearances and scored one goal across all competitions. The club’s announcement highlighted this lucrative deal coinciding with his birthday, calling it a memorable occasion.

In their official statement, Juventus Football Club S.p.A. confirmed the terms: “Juventus has signed Pierre Kazeye Rommel Kalulu Kyatengwa from AC Milan for €14.3 million, plus €0.3 million in accessory fees and performance-related bonuses.”

After a successful loan spell, Kalulu’s transfer reflects both the team’s confidence in his abilities and their future plans, as he has signed a contract through June 30, 2029.

Furthermore, this move is expected to impact the financial landscape of both clubs. Juventus had initially signed Kalulu on loan, with the cost for that season amounting to €6.44 million. The club’s investment in Kalulu will slightly rise to approximately €6.72 million for the upcoming season, which includes the purchase amortization and his salary.

Kalulu’s contribution last season was notable, earning a place in the first-team defense. As he joins the French national team ahead of upcoming matches, he will soon be back with Juventus to prepare for their participation in the Club World Cup in the United States.
