LEXINGTON, Kentucky – WWE SmackDown returns tonight, June 13, 2025, live from the Rupp Arena, featuring Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena. After his recent confrontation with CM Punk on Monday Night Raw, Cena aims to hype his upcoming match at King and Queen of the Ring.

Opening the show, Cena will address the WWE Universe for the first time since losing a tag team match with Logan Paul against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at Money in the Bank. Cena’s words will come as anticipation builds for his title defense against CM Punk, which was made official after the Raw incident.

In other highlights, Naomi, the newly crowned Ms. Money in the Bank, will make an appearance after defeating Rhea Ripley, Stephanie Vaquer, Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, and Giulia last Saturday. She had previously confronted Bianca Belair before Money in the Bank, adding tension to their rivalry.

United States Champion Jacob Fatu is also scheduled to address the audience after turning against Solo Sikoa during the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match. Fans are eager to know what this means for both competitors moving forward.

Additionally, the ongoing King and Queen of the Ring Tournament will feature several Fatal 4-Way matches tonight. Randy Orton, LA Knight, Aleister Black, and Carmelo Hayes will compete for a semi-final spot against Sami Zayn, while Jade Cargill, Michin, Piper Niven, and Nia Jax will battle for a spot to face Roxanne Perez.

SmackDown airs at 8 PM ET on USA Network. Fans can also catch it internationally via Netflix.
