Fc Cincinnati Cf Montréal Match

CINCINNATI, Ohio – FC Cincinnati will face CF Montréal in their final regular season match on Saturday, October 18, at TQL Stadium. The game kicks off at 6:00 p.m. ET and is part of the Fan Appreciation Night, presented by SeatGeek.

Gates open at 4:30 p.m., giving fans ample time to arrive and enjoy the festivities. This event celebrates FC Cincinnati’s devoted supporters as they conclude their 10th anniversary season. For those attending, the Matchday Guide is available through altafiber.

Fans are advised to prepare for road closures around TQL Stadium due to ongoing construction for a mixed-use district. Wade Street will be closed, directing fans to access the Workhorse Gate via Liberty Street to Central Avenue. A comprehensive stadium guide can assist attendees with parking, concessions, and other logistics.

Before the match, fans can gather at Washington Park from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. to enjoy free family-friendly activities and food trucks. At 5:00 p.m., fans will participate in a spirited March in the Park, leading into TQL Stadium with smoke, drums, and chants.

Inside TQL Stadium, special presentations will occur before kickoff. The Bailey section is designated as general admission and has specific conditions, such as no opposing team colors allowed.

In addition to on-field action, the FC Cincinnati Team Store will open at 4:30 p.m. for merchandise sales, including the new Orange and Blue Legacy Kit. Special discounts on Canvas Kits will be offered, highlighting the city’s arts community.

As for the match implications, FC Cincinnati currently holds second place in the Eastern Conference and seeks to secure their playoff seeding. Head Coach Pat Noonan emphasized the need for focus, noting the difficulties faced against teams with nothing to lose.

CF Montréal comes into the match having found some momentum despite not qualifying for the playoffs. They aim to finish the season strong after an up-and-down year.

FC Cincinnati boasts a solid record this season and hopes to mark the end of the regular season with a victory. A win would help solidify their position for the upcoming MLS Cup Playoffs, as they aim for success in their fourth consecutive postseason appearance.

“If we win, we know we hold on to the two spot, so there’s no reason to pay attention to anything else,” Noonan stated.
