Aew Dynamite Title Tuesday

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) presented its ‘Dynamite Title Tuesday’ event at the Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington, ahead of the upcoming WrestleDream pay-per-view. The show featured several matches and storylines progressing as AEW moves towards its weekend event.

The opening segment featured Jon Moxley delivering a promo aimed at Bryan Danielson. Moxley claimed he has been searching for an opponent capable of ending his career, and he considers himself fitting for that role. Danielson later provided his response before the show proceeded to Darby Allin‘s entrance.

Darby Allin addressed Brody King, discussing their history on the independent scene and claiming credit for helping King secure a position at AEW. The segment led to a brief altercation between Allin and King, which was eventually broken up by security. Additionally, Jake Roberts brokered a trade involving Lance Archer and Don Callis for a surprise development.

The first match of the night featured a singles bout between two of AEW’s prominent luchadors, Komander and Hologram. The fast-paced encounter evoked memories of World Championship Wrestling’s (WCW) cruiserweight division. In a match characterized by athleticism, Hologram achieved a victory over Komander, receiving a standing ovation from the audience. The match was later disrupted by Rush, Dralistico, and The Beast Mortos, while Jake Roberts observed from the stage.

Another highlighted moment included Mark Briscoe‘s interview, during which he vowed to cause harm to Chris Jericho. Subsequently, Daniel Garcia entered the ring to affirm his commitment to AEW and his desire to advance his wrestling career.

Due to an illness, Dr. Britt Baker‘s scheduled match was altered into a Fatal 4-Way featuring Willow, Saraya, Nyla Rose, and Jamie Hayter. Despite initial uncertainties, Willow emerged victorious, securing a title shot against Mariah May.

The roster also saw Jay White return to the ring, securing a quick victory over Cody Chhun. White expressed anticipation for a potential challenge from “Hangman” Adam Page.

The night’s women’s match saw MonĂ© defending both the TBS and NJPW Strong women’s titles against Sakura. The bout was competitive, with MonĂ© maintaining her titles following an unexpected save by Kris Statlander.

A confrontation between Will Ospreay and Don Callis escalated into physicality, prompting Konosuke Takeshita and Ricochet to intervene.

The evening’s main event featured Bryan Danielson alongside Yuta taking on PAC and Claudio Castagnoli. Despite significant interference from Jon Moxley, Danielson and Yuta managed to secure a win. Post-match chaos saw Danielson clearing the ring, standing dominant as the show concluded.

Overall, AEW Dynamite navigated through scheduling challenges due to its change in broadcast time, as the show aired earlier and later than usual. The matches maintained AEW’s standard of excitement, with the match between Komander and Hologram particularly standing out for its high-flying action. WrestleDream promises further developments as AEW hustles to finalize its card ahead of the weekend pay-per-view.
