Alabama Receives Boost with Ryan Williams Back for LSU Clash
Tuscaloosa, Alabama — No. 4 Alabama football will have the return of wide receiver Ryan Williams as they prepare to host LSU this weekend.
Sources confirm that Williams will be available for the game, as stated in the SEC availability report released this week. Williams has faced injuries this season and has appeared inconsistently in the report throughout the year. However, Crimson Tide coaches have not reported any new injuries for him leading up to Saturday.
In contrast, LSU will be without linebacker Whit Weeks. He has missed the previous two games against Vanderbilt and Texas A&M due to a leg injury.
Alabama will also be missing several players for the matchup. Qua Russaw, Jah-Marien Latham, Dre Kirkpatrick Jr., Cayden Jones, and Jeremiah Beaman are all expected to sit out. Four of these players are dealing with injuries sustained during the Crimson Tide’s bye week.
The upcoming game is highly anticipated and marks a significant moment for both teams in the competitive SEC landscape.
