AUGUSTA, Ga., April 10, 2025 — The 2025 Masters Tournament is in full swing at the renowned Augusta National Golf Club, where the world’s elite golfers are vying for the prestigious green jacket. The tournament runs from April 10-13, gathering fierce competition among the best in the sport, including defending champion and world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, recent PLAYERS champion Rory McIlroy, and last year’s runner-up Ludvig Åberg.

After an exciting first round, veteran Justin Rose leads the pack with a stellar 7-under 65. Following closely behind are Scheffler, Corey Conners, and Åberg, who share a score of 4-under. Rory McIlroy, who is in search of his first Masters title to complete a career Grand Slam, struggled initially but recovered to even-par after a solid performance on the back nine.

This year’s Masters incorporates five additional hours of live television coverage. Coverage will begin on CBS at 2 p.m. ET on both Saturday and Sunday, with an extension of one hour to align with final round coverage. Paramount+ will also introduce four hours of live coverage from noon to 2 p.m. ET on the same days. Spanish-speaking viewers can tune into ESPN Deportes for live coverage of the tournament.

In an exciting addition, “Mornings at the Masters,” hosted by Hally Leadbetter and Roger Steele, will air live on the Masters YouTube channel from Wednesday through Sunday. The program will explore various lifestyle and cultural aspects of the event.

As the competition heats up, strategic play and precise shots will be essential over the weekend. Fans will have multiple options to watch the event, including streaming on Masters.com and the Masters App. Significant streaming coverage will highlight featured groups and select holes during the tournament.

In addition to traditional television broadcasts by CBS and ESPN, comprehensive streaming options will be available on ESPN+, Masters.com, and the Masters App, providing viewers with extensive coverage and behind-the-scenes access.

This year’s purse for the Masters is set at $20 million, with $3.6 million awarded to the winner. With compelling storylines unfolding among the players, anticipation builds as fans eagerly await the weekend rounds.

As coverage continues, CBS Sports will provide more than 100 hours of live streaming, driven by a dedicated team including host Jim Nantz and lead analyst Trevor Immelman, ensuring golf enthusiasts won’t miss a moment of the action.
