Arkansas Razorbacks Basketball Game

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The #21/22 Arkansas Razorbacks men’s basketball team will host the Jackson State Tigers on Friday, Nov. 21, concluding their four-game homestand. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT at Bud Walton Arena, with coverage on SEC Network Plus.

Jackson State, a preseason favorite in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC), has been led by preseason Player of the Year Daeshun Ruffin, who previously played at Ole Miss. Despite a challenging start, with four losses, three were against top-ranked teams including Illinois, Louisville, and Auburn.

Following the matchup with Jackson State, Arkansas will travel to Chicago for a Thanksgiving Day game against #5 Duke on Nov. 27, which will be broadcast on CBS at 8 p.m. CT. The Razorbacks will then return to Fayetteville to face #6 Louisville on Dec. 3 for the ACC/SEC Challenge.

Arkansas holds a perfect record against Jackson State, winning all 12 previous meetings between the teams. The Razorbacks and Tigers have a long history, having faced each other every year from 1990 to 2002, with the last nine games played at Bud Walton Arena.

Freshmen Meleek Thomas and Darius Acuff Jr. have made a significant impact this season, ranking among the top-scoring freshman duos in the NCAA, each averaging over 18 points per game.
