In a heartfelt chat, Arti Singh shared her thoughts on why she didn’t invite Asim Riaz to her wedding, reflected on her time in Bigg Boss 13, and opened up about the financial hurdles she faced along the way. Alongside these insights, she highlighted the unwavering support of her brother, Krushna Abhishek, during tough moments in her life, and even reminisced about her adorable proposal story.

Arti expressed that despite the spotlight from Bigg Boss, she feels like she has done very little work compared to her fellow contestants. “Everyone else like Shehnaaz, Shefali, and Vishal have been busy with projects, but I haven’t, and it makes me think that maybe that’s why people aren’t aware of my efforts,” she said. During her marriage, she performed only one Punjabi song, which she felt was hardly notable.

She reminisced about her connection with Asim, saying, “He was nice, and we often clicked well, but I never felt that warmth with him.” Arti wants nothing but success for Asim but admits they had a lot of disagreements. “Perhaps I did something wrong, or he felt let down by me. It could go either way,” she reflected. When it came to her wedding, Arti emphasized it was a deeply personal experience, wanting only those who shared in her happiness to attend, rather than focusing on celebrity guests.

Describing her wedding preparations, she recalled a gathering before the wedding called Mata Ki Chowki, arranged beautifully by Dipak with fireworks, because it made her happy. “It was just a family function, so no traditional attire was needed at that moment,” she explained.

Arti also shared the touching story of her proposal. Prior to their marriage, they went to Kashmir for a New Year’s trip, and Dipak presented a ring to her but didn’t propose right there. The next day, they visited Guruji’s temple, where she felt like they had a spiritual engagement. “Guruji is everything to me, my guiding light,” she shared, adding that she left the future of their marriage in his hands.

Reflecting on her early career in Mumbai, Arti started working at just 18. She quickly landed a lead role but left it due to conflicts with the producer. “I didn’t want to hurt anyone’s career, so I moved on to other projects,” she shared. Despite a series of ups and downs, she faced a particularly tough period when her show was canceled after just three months, while her cousin Ragini’s show achieved great success.

Arti candidly discussed her struggles, acknowledging that she had financial difficulties early on. “My brother has always supported me financially and emotionally, like a father figure,” she admitted. She expressed gratitude for all he has done, including helping her get a car and providing a place to live.

For Arti, her appearance on Bigg Boss was a turning point. “I was already feeling weak going in, but I knew this was my last shot,” she stated. Fortunately, she made it to the top five. “Even though I managed financially, I wrestled with severe mental struggles and went into depression,” she opened up, providing a real insight into the challenges of her journey.
