NEW YORK, NY – The ATP Tour has officially released the tournament dates for the upcoming 2024 season, setting the stage for a thrilling year of professional men’s tennis globally.

The calendar features a mix of traditional favorites alongside several new events, aimed at providing fans with a robust competition schedule. The season will kick off with the Adelaide International on January 1, 2024, leading up to the Australian Open which starts on January 15.

Major tournaments such as the Miami Open and Indian Wells will return, drawing significant ATP rankings points and fan engagement. The ATP Finals in Turin is also set to continue as a prominent event, culminating the season in November.

In addition to the established tournaments, the tour has introduced a new event in the Middle East, aiming to expand its reach into emerging markets. The new tournament will take place in Doha, Qatar, from February 19 to February 24.

The ATP’s revised schedule aims not only to bolster competition but also to offer players ample opportunity to earn ranking points while maximizing fan attendance and broadcast engagement. Guidance from the data collected from previous seasons would help optimize the new locations and timings.
