Bandhan Bank Reports 94% Drop in Net Profit in Q4 Results

Bandhan Bank has released its financial results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023-24, showing a significant 94% decrease in net profit compared to the same period last year. The net profit plummeted to ₹54.6 crore from ₹808.3 crore year-on-year.

The bank’s net interest income (NII), which represents the difference between interest earned and interest expended, saw a 16% increase to ₹2,866 crore in Q4 FY24, up from ₹2,471 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
