Barnsley FC to Host Pre-Match Entertainment for Young Supporters

Barnsley FC is delighted to announce the introduction of pre-match entertainment for young supporters at their home ground, Oakwell. The club has partnered with the Community Trust to create the OZone, a vibrant space where children can engage in fun activities before the match kicks off.

Located next to the main reception, the OZone offers a warm and welcoming environment for young fans to enjoy prior to watching their beloved Reds in action. The space is thoughtfully curated, featuring various games such as Connect 4, pool, and table tennis that allow kids to test their skills and compete against friends and family members.

In addition to the exciting games, the OZone also provides arts and crafts activities for Junior Tykes who prefer more creative pursuits. Children can explore their artistic talents and engage in various crafts, all free of charge.

The initiative aims to enhance the matchday experience for young supporters and create a sense of community within the club. By offering a dedicated space for kids to socialize and have fun before the game, Barnsley FC is demonstrating their commitment to engaging with their youngest fans.
