LONDON, UK — Birmingham City and Bradford City have secured their places in the semi-finals of the 2024/25 Vertu Trophy following pivotal quarter-final matches held last Tuesday. The two teams will meet in a highly anticipated clash on February 18, 2025.

Bradford City triumphed over Rotherham United 3-2 in their quarter-final. Meanwhile, Birmingham City edged past Stevenage, securing a 1-0 victory. This marks the progression of both clubs into the next rounds of the competition, demonstrating strong performances in their respective matches.

In the other quarter-finals, Peterborough United claimed a solid 2-1 win against Cheltenham Town thanks to Harrison Burrows, who scored a brilliant late double. Peterborough’s recent victory is notable as it marks their second time winning the Bristol Street Motors Trophy within a decade, previously lifting the trophy in 2015.
