Braelon Allen Emerges as Key Player for the New York Jets

Braelon Allen, the 20-year-old running back for the New York Jets, has been making significant strides in the NFL, particularly in recent games. Drafted in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft from the University of Wisconsin, Allen has quickly become a notable figure in the Jets’ offense.

In a recent game against the Denver Broncos, Allen outperformed his teammate Breece Hall, turning 14 touches into 68 yards. This performance highlighted his potential as a power back with speed, capable of breaking through defenses and gaining substantial yards after contact.

Despite a tough outing in Week 5 against the Minnesota Vikings, where Allen rushed for only 13 yards on five carries and caught one pass for 15 yards, he is expected to see more action in upcoming games.
