MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The Milwaukee Bucks secured their fourth consecutive win with a 120-113 triumph over the Miami Heat, thanks to strong performances from Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Lillard scored 28 points while dishing out eight assists. Antetokounmpo contributed 23 points, 16 rebounds, and seven assists, leading the Bucks to their fifth victory in six games. This win solidified their position near the top of the Eastern Conference standings.

Tyler Herro emerged as Miami’s standout player, matching his season high with 40 points and adding 11 assists. Despite Herro’s best efforts, the Heat fell short, struggling against the Bucks’ offensive prowess.

In Boston, the Celtics extended their winning streak to five games with a 118-105 victory over the New York Knicks. Jayson Tatum led the way with 25 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists, while Jaylen Brown chipped in 24 points and eight rebounds.

The Celtics surged ahead despite the Knicks rallying to cut a 27-point deficit down to four in the fourth quarter. However, Boston’s depth proved too much, as they had a total of five players scoring in double digits.

Anthony Towns paced New York with 24 points and 18 rebounds but left the game momentarily with a leg injury. Jalen Brunson added 22 points but it wasn’t sufficient to overcome the Celtics’ offensive firepower.

In a high-scoring matchup out west, the Oklahoma City Thunder edged the Minnesota Timberwolves 130-123. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led Oklahoma City with 37 points while also recording eight rebounds and eight assists.

Chet Holmgren supported with 19 points on an efficient 8-for-11 shooting, as the Thunder secured their ninth victory in their last 10 games. Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards stood out with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists in a losing effort.

The Golden State Warriors defeated the Dallas Mavericks 126-102, with Stephen Curry scoring a game-high 30 points. The Warriors honored Andre Iguodala by retiring his jersey in a postgame ceremony.

In Cleveland, Donovan Mitchell scored 33 points to propel the Cavaliers past the Memphis Grizzlies 129-123 as they claimed their seventh consecutive win. Ty Jerome also made a significant impact with 26 points, including 15 during a crucial fourth quarter.

Meanwhile, the Indiana Pacers overwhelmed the Los Angeles Clippers 129-111, led by Tyrese Haliburton‘s double-double of 29 points and 12 assists.

Lastly, the Detroit Pistons managed a nail-biting 148-143 victory against the Atlanta Hawks, with Cade Cunningham scoring 38 points in a crucial win. The tightly contested match saw multiple lead changes down the stretch, but a late three-point play sealed the win for Detroit.
