Carli Judice Punches Yuneisy Duben Ufc Vegas 104

LAS VEGAS, March 15, 2025 — Carli Judice made a statement in her UFC career by defeating Yuneisy Duben in just 100 seconds during her promotional debut at UFC Vegas 104. The event, which also featured a highly anticipated main event, took place Saturday at the UFC APEX.

Judice, who entered the fight with a record of 4-2, showcased her striking skills early on. The opening moments saw both fighters exchanging kicks, but it was Judice who landed a stunning question mark kick that set the tone for the fight.

Duben, a 6-0 prospect in the flyweight division, attempted to engage in a brawl by closing the distance, but Judice countered effectively, delivering a knockout blow. After landing another head kick that sent Duben to the mat, Judice followed with a barrage of ground strikes.

The referee stepped in to halt the contest at just 1:40 of the first round, declaring Judice the winner by TKO. “I was ready for this moment,” Judice said post-fight. “I worked hard, and it feels great to finally get my first UFC win.”

Before this victory, Judice faced setbacks, including a split decision loss to Gabriella Fernandes in her UFC debut. She had previously earned her contract with the UFC after appearing on Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2023.

In stark contrast, Duben had made headlines during her Contender Series fight last September, delivering a shocking first-round knockout that led to her signing with the UFC. Despite her previous success, Saturday’s fight served as a harsh wake-up call in the competitive landscape of the UFC.

The quick defeat raised questions about Duben’s future in the organization, as UFC President Dana White expressed his surprise at the unexpected turn of events. “Yuneisy came in as a favorite last time, but this is the fight game,” he stated. “You can’t underestimate anyone.”

Despite the loss, Duben remains determined to bounce back. “This fight doesn’t define me,” she said. “I will learn from it and come back stronger.” Both fighters took home valuable experience from this encounter, with Judice looking to build on her success and Duben aiming to make a comeback in her next appearance.
