Chase Chrisley Twin Peaks Buckhead Incident

Reality TV personality Chase Chrisley, known for the series “Chrisley Knows Best,” was arrested and charged with simple battery following an altercation at a Twin Peaks restaurant in Buckhead, Atlanta, on Monday night. Authorities reported that Chrisley, 28, was allegedly intoxicated and slapped the bar’s general manager during the incident.

According to an Atlanta Police Department incident report, Chrisley was acting “very disrespectful and belligerent” at the restaurant on Piedmont Road around 7:30 p.m. The manager repeatedly asked Chrisley to leave, but he refused, escalating the situation. During a 911 call, the manager stated, “He actually assaulted me,” and reported being slapped twice by Chrisley.

Security footage of the incident was reviewed by law enforcement, and the manager identified Chrisley as the assailant, noting his celebrity status. Chrisley was booked into Fulton County Jail on Thursday and released on a $10,000 surety bond. The manager declined medical treatment, as no injuries were reported.

Chase Chrisley is the son of Todd and Julie Chrisley, who are currently serving prison sentences for bank fraud and tax evasion. The family gained fame through their reality show, which aired on the USA Network from 2014 to 2023. A spin-off, “Growing Up Chrisley,” featuring Chase and his sister Savannah, ran from 2019 to 2022.

This incident adds to the legal troubles surrounding the Chrisley family. Todd Chrisley was sentenced to 12 years in prison, while Julie received a seven-year sentence in 2022. The case has drawn significant media attention due to the family’s high-profile status and ongoing legal battles.
