Chef Tobias Dorzon, a former NFL player and current restaurateur, was one of two individuals shot during an attempted robbery in Hyattsville, Maryland. The incident occurred on the night of November 5, 2024, in the 2500 block of Kirkwood Place, according to the Hyattsville Police Department.
Police Chief Jarod Towers reported that Dorzon and a woman were arriving home after dining out when four individuals exited a separate vehicle, operated by a fifth person, and began shooting at them.
