Vrabel, who was the head coach of the Tennessee Titans from 2018 to 2023, is seen as a strong candidate for several head coaching positions this offseason. During his tenure with the Titans, Vrabel led the team to four winning seasons and two division titles. Despite a disappointing 6-11 season in 2023, which led to his firing, Vrabel’s credentials are impressive. He has since joined the Cleveland Browns as a consultant.

The comparison to Bill Parcells is significant, given Parcells’ storied career. Parcells led the New York Giants to two Super Bowl victories and a 77-49 record, including an 8-3 playoff record.
