Club América Adidas Jersey Launch 2025

MEXICO CITY, Mexico — Club América announced the launch of its new home and away jerseys for the 2025-26 season, marking the revival of their long-standing partnership with Adidas, a relationship that ended in 2000. The jerseys will debut in a friendly match against Puebla at the Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes on July 2.

“Returning 25 years later to dress Club América, the most successful team in the region, is not only a collaboration: it is the return of a shared history of greatness,” said Pablo Cavallaro, Senior Director of Brand Activation at Adidas.

The design of the home jersey is a homage to the 1995-96 season, characterized by a foundation of the classic yellow color, with elaborate details in blue, red, and black. This design aims to reflect an eagle’s feathers, aligning with the team’s nickname, Las Águilas. The away jersey features a navy blue base with yellow accents, drawing inspiration from late-20th-century aesthetics but with a modern update.

“A club like ours, forged in victory, greatness, and passion, could only meet again with a brand like Adidas, which shares the same winning vision,” said Héctor González Iñárritu, Club América’s Operating President. He emphasized the impact of the partnership on the club’s future successes.

Club América’s owner, Emilio Azcárraga, expressed positivity about the agreement, noting that it is beneficial financially for the club and will enhance accessibility for fans.

After a 25-year partnership with Nike, the shift to Adidas signifies a new era for Club América as they aim for continued success in Liga MX. Captain Henry Martín is expected to wear the new home kit as the club pursues a fifth consecutive trip to the Liga MX final.
