Cool Down Begins With Showers This Weekend in Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – A cool down in temperatures begins today as scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected across Minnesota.
Weather forecasts indicate that a few showers could occur this morning, but the more significant rainfall will come late this morning and into the afternoon.
Temperatures are predicted to reach only the lower 70s, which is typical for this time of year. Meteorologists say that individuals should prepare for a wet afternoon.
For those attending Farm Aid 40 at Huntington Bank Stadium, rain gear is a must. While rain will not fall all day, there is a chance for scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms tomorrow.
On Saturday, lingering showers may continue, but slightly drier conditions with temperatures in the mid-70s are expected on Sunday.
Looking ahead, next week appears to bring pleasant weather to the region. Enjoy your weekend, Minnesota!
