Cool and Rainy Day in Calgary

Today in Calgary, we’re starting off with a cool morning, sitting at around 13°C under a blanket of mostly cloudy skies. If you’re heading out, you might want to grab that rain jacket because there’s a good chance of showers throughout the day.

In addition, the record low for this date was a frigid 1.9°C in 2002, so the weather today is a bit of a mix between those extremes.

As for rainfall, the most Calgary has ever received on this day was 42.7 mm back in 1924. While we likely won’t see numbers like that today, it’s wise to be prepared for the wet conditions!
