Creator Classic Golf Tournament Philadelphia Cricket Club

Philadelphia, PA — The Creator Classic at the Philadelphia Cricket Club will showcase top golf content creators and YouTube stars on Wednesday, challenging them to compete on the Wissahickon Course. The event takes place on the eve of the Truist Championship, adding excitement to the kickoff of this prestigious tournament.

This year’s format will feature four teams of three, with each team consisting of one YouTube creator and two golf creators. The competitors will engage in an alternate-shot format, navigating a stretch of eight holes (Nos. 10-17) before the top two teams proceed to a playoff on the par-4 18th hole.

One of the standout teams includes captain Josh Richards, Brad Dalke, and Erik Anders Lang. Dalke brings significant experience, being the only player to have previously competed at the Masters. His solid performance on the Wissahickon Course, combined with Richards’ social media influence, creates a powerful dynamic.

Another notable team features Marques Brownlee, known as MKBHD, along with Sean Walsh and Sabrina Andolpho. Brownlee, who has a strong following beyond the golf world, aims to leverage his passion for the game alongside Walsh, who excelled in the previous Creator Classic.

Kyle Lowry, the former NBA star, will lead another team with Josh Kelley and Claire Hogle. Lowry’s connection to Philadelphia may inspire local support, enhancing his team’s chances. Hogle and Kelley also have experience competing in golf, posing a competitive edge.

Tyler Toney, alongside Paige Spiranac and Matt Scharff, rounds out the lineup. This team presents a chance for Toney to bounce back from underperformance in the initial Creator Classic event.

Fans can anticipate an entertaining mix of skill and camaraderie as these creators navigate the challenges of a PGA TOUR-style course in their quest for the Creator Classic title.
