Csir Releases Admit Cards For Section Officer And Assistant Section Officer Exams

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has recently announced the release of admit cards for the upcoming Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO) examinations. Candidates who have applied for the 444 vacancies for the positions of SO and ASO can now download their call letter. The admit cards are available on the official website of CSIR, www.csir.res.in.

To access their admit cards, candidates need to provide their registered email ID and date of birth. The CSIR SO ASO Admit Card 2024 contains crucial information such as exam center and reporting time. It is mandatory for candidates to carry their admit cards to the examination hall.

The CSIR SO ASO exams are being conducted to fill a total of 444 vacancies, with 76 positions for SO and 368 positions for ASO. The first stage of the exam is scheduled from February 5 to February 20, 2024. The selection process includes Paper 1 and Paper 2, followed by Paper 3 (descriptive), an interview, and computer proficiency test (CPT).

  1. Visit the official website of CSIR at csir.res.in
  2. Click on the “Carrier” tab on the homepage
  3. Next, click on the link titled “Schedule of Stage-I (Paper I & Paper II) Examination and downloading of Admit Card for the post of Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer in CSIR (CASE-2023)”
  4. A new page will open, allowing candidates to download the admit card
  5. Print the admit card for future reference

Candidates are advised to regularly check their registered email ID, including the spam or junk folders, for any examination-related information. Additionally, a mock test link will also be communicated to the candidates through their registered email ID to help them prepare for the exam.
