Arlington, TX (May 20, 2025) – The Dallas Wings will kick off a four-game road trip against the Minnesota Lynx on Wednesday night in Minneapolis. The game is set to begin at 7 p.m. CT at Target Center and can be seen locally in Dallas-Forth Worth on KFAA29 as well as streamed on WNBA League Pass.

This matchup marks a special occasion for Wings rookie Paige Bueckers, who hails from Minnesota. The Wings enter the game with an 0-2 record after losing their season opener to the Lynx on May 16 and a tight contest against the Seattle Storm last night, which ended 79-71. In that game, Bueckers led the Wings with 19 points and eight assists, while teammates Maddy Siegrist and NaLyssa Smith each added 12 points.

The Lynx, on the other hand, boast a strong start to their season, standing at 2-0 after a decisive 89-75 victory over the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday. This will be a rematch for both teams, as they also faced off just four days prior when the Lynx won 99-84, with Minnesota’s Napheesa Collier scoring a game-high 34 points.

Despite their rocky start, the Wings are looking to turn things around. The team was unable to complete a comeback against the Storm, despite narrowing a 17-point deficit to just three points with seven minutes left in the game. The Wings are keen to secure their first win, while Minnesota aims to maintain their perfect record.

Fans can catch the action on local broadcast and streaming platforms, while live stats will be available on stats.wnba.com. The Wings hope their performance improves as they face the tough Lynx defense once again.
