DocuSign Reports Strong Q3 Results with 25,000 Customers
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — DocuSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) announced its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ending October 31, 2025, highlighting significant growth across its business.
In a statement, DocuSign CEO Allan Thygesen noted, “Q3 was a strong quarter with growing customer investment into the IAM platform, where we now have more than 25,000 customers.” This reflects the company’s robust growth in both revenue and profitability, with significant improvements in efficiency.
For the upcoming quarter, DocuSign anticipates total revenue between $825 million and $829 million, representing a 7% year-over-year increase. Subscription revenue is projected to be between $808 million and $812 million, also reflecting a similar growth rate.
The company reported total revenue for the third quarter at $818 million, an increase from $754 million in the same period last year. Gross profit was reported as $648 million, compared to $598 million in Q3 2024.
DocuSign also highlighted its Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform, focusing on new capabilities and industry recognition. The non-GAAP gross margin for the quarter was between 80.8% and 81.2%, while the non-GAAP operating margin is estimated to be between 28.3% and 28.7%.
