Elliot Page Reveals Romantic Past with Juno Co-Star

Toronto, Canada — Elliot Page, the 38-year-old actor known for his role in the film Juno, recently opened up about a romantic relationship he had with co-star Olivia Thirlby. The revelation comes from his memoir, which explores his journey in understanding his sexuality.
Page disclosed that during the filming of Juno in 2007, he and Thirlby, who played Leah in the film, began a sexual relationship when they were both around 19 or 20 years old. He recalled, “We started sucking face. It was on. We started having sex all the time: her hotel room, in our trailers at work.”
The actor also shared an unexpected location where they got intimate: “In a tiny, private room in a restaurant. What were we thinking?” he wrote in his memoir.
Thirlby, who later came out as bisexual, was described by Page as “so much older, capable and centered.” He noted that their relationship helped him confront feelings of shame regarding his own identity, stating, “Being intimate with Olivia helped my shame dissipate. I didn’t see a glint of it in her eyes and I wanted that – done feeling wretched about who I am.”
This isn’t the only romantic involvement Page has discussed in his memoir. He also touched on a ‘secret relationship’ with actress Kate Mara while they worked on X-Men: Days of Future Past in 2014. Page explained that his connection with Mara illustrated his tendency to fall for people who were not fully available.
These insights come as Page continues to shed light on his personal experiences and growth, offering fans a deeper understanding of his life beyond the screen.
