ESPN to Stream 29 Matches of The Soccer Tournament Starting June 4

CARY, N.C. — ESPN platforms will air 29 matches of The Soccer Tournament (TST), a 7-v-7 world soccer championship with a $1 million prize, starting Wednesday, June 4. The matches, held at WakeMed Soccer Park, will be streamed live on ESPN+ and simulcast on ESPNU and ESPN Deportes.

ESPN+ will show all 29 matches during this World Cup-style tournament. ESPNU will simulcast 20 of these games, including both men’s and women’s title matches. ESPN Deportes is set to broadcast 11 games, bringing the festivities to a broader Spanish-speaking audience.

Prominent commentators for the semifinals and finals of TST will include Herculez Gomez, Sebastian Salazar, and Alexis Nunes. Other notable English-language voices are Tony Husband, Michael Lahoud, Elise Woodward, and Lloyd Sam. Spanish-language commentators will feature Richard Mendez, Barak Fever, Alex Pareja, Cristina Alexander, and Carolina de las Salas.

The tournament begins with a packed schedule on June 4, starting at 10 a.m. ET with Concafa FC facing AFC Bournemouth, followed by matches featuring Seleccion Potrero, Club América, and other teams throughout the day. The tournament will culminate in the championship matches on June 9.
