Marrakech, Morocco – The ATP 250 tournament in Marrakech advances to the quarterfinals on Friday, April 4, with thrilling matches expected to unfold. Dutch player Tallon Griekspoor, the event’s top seed, aims to move forward against Italy’s Mattia Bellucci. In another sought-after match, Portugal’s Nuno Borges, currently ranked 43rd in the world, will face off against Spain’s Roberto Carballes Baena, ranked 51st.

The matches are set to showcase competitive energy and high stakes as players vie for a spot in the semifinals. Griekspoor enters this matchup with notable momentum from earlier rounds and has solidified his status as a title contender.

“It’s all about maintaining focus and executing my game plan,” Griekspoor stated ahead of his match. “I respect Bellucci’s game, but I believe in my abilities.”

Meanwhile, Borges emphasized the importance of his upcoming match against Carballes Baena, expressing confidence in his preparation. “Each match is a new challenge. I’ve been working hard, and I’m ready to give my best performance,” Borges said.
