Jay Cutler Arrest Tennessee

Jay Cutler, former NFL star and ex-husband of reality TV personality Kristin Cavallari, spent time in a Tennessee jail on Thursday after being arrested for driving under the influence and possession of a firearm. The arrest took place in Franklin, Tennessee, as reported by TMZ.

According to reports, Cutler was taken into custody for four offenses: driving under the influence (DUI), failure to exercise due care, violation of the implied consent law, and possession of a handgun while under the influence. The arresting officers booked him into the Williamson County Jail, where a mugshot was taken, depicting Cutler looking visibly displeased.

Jay Cutler was released later that same night after posting a $5,000 bond. A representative for the Franklin Police Department confirmed his release but provided no further details regarding the incident.

Cutler, now 41, is well-known for his 12-year career in the NFL where he played as a quarterback for the Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, and Miami Dolphins. He began his professional career with the Broncos in 2006 and retired in 2017 after a final season with the Dolphins. Between those teams, he played for the Chicago Bears for eight seasons.

Cutler married Kristin Cavallari in 2013, and they had three children together: Camden, Jaxon, and Saylor. The couple, who became widely recognized for their appearances on the reality show “Very Cavallari,” finalized their divorce in 2022.

The specific circumstances surrounding Cutler’s arrest remain unclear, and inquiries have been made to local law enforcement for additional details.
