Adam Peaty’s girlfriend, Holly Ramsay, is absolutely thrilled for him after he snagged a silver medal at the Olympics. She shared her pride on social media, expressing how amazed she is by his journey as a swimmer.

The 24-year-old, who happens to be the daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, watched the intense men’s 100-metre breaststroke final from the stands. With her was Peaty’s three-year-old son, George, from a different relationship.

Holly remarked on how inspiring Peaty’s preparation for the Olympics has been. She recalled how, just a year ago, he was in a very different place, facing personal challenges and taking a break from swimming.

In her heartfelt post, she wrote, “These pictures say it all. You are our world and I could not have been prouder of you last night.” Holly highlighted Peaty’s journey back to the pool, asserting that it has been nothing short of incredible.

She emphasized the sacrifices Peaty made to reach this point and expressed gratitude for being part of his team. Holly also gave a shoutout to his coach, Mel Marshall, acknowledging their powerful partnership.

The post featured an adorable picture of Peaty greeting little George after the race. Holly’s mom, Tana Ramsay, joined in the applause, commenting “love you both” on her daughter’s post.

In the stands cheering for Peaty was Katya Jones, his former partner from ‘Strictly Come Dancing.’ She shared her own excitement in an Instagram post, reflecting on the personal experience of supporting him in Paris.

Peaty won his silver medal after a nail-biting finish, coming just 0.02 seconds behind Italy’s Nicolo Martinenghi. He later expressed that he was filled with happiness and stressed that he defines his worth by more than just medals.

During the medal ceremony, he received his award from the Princess Royal and mentioned having a sore throat that morning. But he refused to let that hinder his performance and remained proud of his efforts regardless of the outcome.
