Joe Walsh’s VetsAid Concert Returns to Wichita with Star-Studded Lineup
WICHITA, Kansas — Joe Walsh’s VetsAid concert is set to return with a star-studded lineup on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the INTRUST Bank Arena. After a last-minute cancellation last year, the annual event aims to honor military veterans and their families.
This year’s festival will feature performances from Vince Gill, Ryan Bingham, and The Texas Gentlemen, along with a special super-set from Walsh himself, who will be joined by Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks, and Nathaniel Rateliff. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Eastern Time.
Tickets are available for $50 for the live show and for $14.99 for a livestream pass. Add-on merchandise bundles are also being offered, with all proceeds benefiting VetsAid, Walsh’s nonprofit organization.
Walsh, a Gold Star son, expressed his excitement over bringing VetsAid to his hometown of Wichita. “It’s a long-term goal to bring it home to my native Wichita to serve Kansan veterans and their families,” he stated. He has a personal connection to the city, where his parents were born and are buried.
Since its inception in 2017, VetsAid has raised more than $4 million for veterans and military families. All net proceeds from this year’s event will go directly to veterans’ services charities selected through a rigorous vetting process. This year, the organization will focus on awarding grants exclusively to Kansas-based programs.
Some of the local grant recipients include the Wichita Police and Fire Foundation, Horses & Heroes Inc., and the KanVet United Foundation. National recipients encompass well-known organizations like the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Foundation and Hire Heroes USA.
As Walsh prepares for the concert, he emphasizes the significance of supporting veterans. His late father, a U.S. Air Force pilot, lost his life while on active duty, motivating Walsh to give back to those who have sacrificed for the country. “This concert is a heartfelt tribute to those who serve,” he added.
VetsAid continues to grow, aiming for an impactful event dedicated to veterans, community, and compassion. Walsh’s commitment underscores the ongoing need for support among veterans and their families.
