Kevin Owens Wrestlemania 41 T Shirt Design

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Kevin Owens revealed a scrapped t-shirt design for WrestleMania 41, originally intended for his showdown against Randy Orton at Allegiant Stadium. The 40-year-old Canadian wrestler announced his injury was more serious than initially thought, requiring urgent surgery and forcing him to withdraw from the highly anticipated bout.

Owens, a former WWE Universal Champion, is known for unveiling unique t-shirts at WWE’s top Premium Live Events. This year’s design was designed to mirror the classic WrestleMania VIII poster, featuring Owens and Orton in place of iconic wrestlers Sid Justice and Hulk Hogan.

Despite needing surgery on his neck, Owens shared the KO-Mania VIII design during an April 4 edition of SmackDown. The playful shirt proclaimed Owens as “The Man Who is Right,” while denoting Orton as “Not Cool Anymore,” showcasing the rivalry that had built up leading to WrestleMania.

While there’s no set timeline for Owens’ return to competition, speculation suggests he could be sidelined for over a year. Prior to his surgery, Owens was optimistic about a recovery time of six to 12 months.

As Owens rests and recovers, interest surrounding Orton’s next opponent grows. Potential contenders include Rusev, Malakai Black, and Jeff Cobb, all of whom are viewed as strong candidates to step into the ring against Orton.

Owens’ KO-Mania shirts have gained popularity over the years, and the cancellation of the 41st edition marks a significant disappointment for fans eager to see him compete once again.
