Khloé Kardashian Shares Shocking Dating Advice from Kris Jenner

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Khloé Kardashian opened up about her mother Kris Jenner’s unexpected and candid advice regarding dating during a recent podcast episode. In a conversation with her friends Malika and Khadijah Haqq, aired on February 26, Khloé recalled an uncomfortable moment involving a basketball player after a few dates that ended without any follow-up.

Khloé, 40, described how the dating experience was set up by her mother and celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. She mentioned, ‘I went on a date [set up by] my mom and [celebrity trainer] Gunnar Peterson because Gunnar was training this individual.’ Despite the promising setup, the athlete did not reach out after a couple of meetings.

While discussing the situation in the kitchen with her friends, Khloé remarked, ‘So-and-so isn’t calling me back.’ To her surprise, Kris, 67, chimed in from her office, asking what was being discussed. ‘When we told her about the guy not calling, she asked, ‘How many dates did you go on?’ I said, ‘Just one or two,’ and then she asked, ‘Did you give him a BJ?’ I was in shock,’ Khloé recounted.

Khloé expressed her mortification at her mother’s bluntness, saying, ‘I was mortified that my mom said this in front of my friends.’ However, Khadijah offered a different perspective, appreciating Kris’s ‘kind of honesty and rawness.’

In a later episode of ‘The Kardashians’ aired on November 2, 2023, Kris again showed her enthusiasm for steering Khloé’s career. She shared, ‘I’m trying to figure out what [Khloé’s] next chapter might be.’ Despite the familial support, Khloé clearly felt discomfort with her mother’s directness regarding personal matters.

On the podcast, Khloé also mentioned that Kris encourages her to embrace her body and take ‘naked pictures’ of herself, which she humorously questioned. ‘I’m like, ‘Are you OK? Can you stop?” said Khloé, recalling how Kris constantly reminds her, ‘You’re never gonna look as good as you do now.’ Even in less-than-ideal weather, Khloé stated that Kris insists, ‘Just wear a bikini.’
