Knicks Forward OG Anunoby Injured in Game 4 Against Celtics

NEW YORK − Knicks forward OG Anunoby suffered an apparent injury to his upper left leg during the first quarter of Game 4 in the Eastern Conference semifinals on Monday night.
Anunoby had scored five points, hitting 2-of-6 shots, including 1-of-3 from three-point range, before he left the game. Medical staff attended to him on the bench, applying ice to his hamstring area.
Fortunately for the Knicks, Anunoby was able to return to the game with just over five minutes remaining in the first half. His presence is crucial as the Knicks face the Celtics, especially in defending players like Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.
The Knicks are relying on a strong team effort to advance against Boston, and Anunoby’s defensive skills are vital to their success in the series.
