Love Is Blind Season 8 Final Couples

LOS ANGELES, CA — The highly anticipated season eight finale of Netflix’s hit reality series “Love Is Blind” aired, revealing the outcomes of the romantic experiments involving 32 singles from Minneapolis.

In a dramatic culmination on March 9, viewers discovered which couples opted for a lifelong commitment and which fell short at the altar. Amid the suspense, fans witnessed multiple relationships navigate through conflict, personal doubts, and revelations that defined their connections.

Among the engaged couples, Taylor and Daniel emerged with a heartfelt proposal, though their path was momentarily obstructed by Taylor’s concerns over a past social media connection with Daniel. Yet, the couple swiftly overcame the miscommunication, solidifying their bond during a vacation in Honduras.

“All I want to do is make you feel safe and make you happy for the rest of your life,” Daniel expressed during his proposal. Taylor responded exuberantly, cheering, “I would love to marry you!”

On another front, Devin Buckley and Virginia Miller’s initial affinity faltered over a discussion regarding a prenuptial agreement. Despite their emotional connection and shared history as high school alumni, Virginia ultimately decided to call off their engagement, citing a lack of readiness.

“There were just depths of our relationship that we didn’t get to,” Virginia explained, prompting a shocked reaction from Devin, who said, “I’m just not ready. I’m sorry. I’m so sorry,” before breaking down in tears.

In contrast, Joey Leveille and Monica Danus sailed through their experiences with fewer hurdles. The couple quickly connected over shared interests and humor, resulting in an early engagement. However, doubts arose during interactions with Monica’s family, particularly from her sister, Nicolle, who questioned Joey’s suitability.

“If Joey had told me with his words, ‘I am 100% in,’ it could have been a lot different,” Monica reflected as their journey culminated at the altar.

Ben Mezzenga and Sara Carton encountered pivotal moments as differing views on religion and personal values led to a tumultuous relationship. Sara, a 29-year-old oncology nurse, initially felt a strong connection with Ben but eventually found their political and ideological differences insurmountable.

“You can’t date someone for their potential because they may never reach the potential,” Sara stated during her decision to reject Ben’s proposal.

David Bettenburg and Lauren O’Brien’s relationship proved equally contentious, with Lauren grappling with the impact of Dave’s family opinions on their romance. Despite their engagement, external pressures ultimately led to their breakup before the ceremony.

Reflecting on the experience, Lauren shared, “It’s really sad it didn’t work out,” highlighting the complexities of love explored throughout the season.

The reunion episode set to air on March 9 at 9 p.m. ET promises to further detail which couples remain together and will address fan favorites from the season, marking a significant milestone in the series as it celebrates its five-year anniversary.
