McDonald’s To Launch New Beverage Test Following CosMc’s Insights

Chicago, IL – McDonald's plans to introduce new beverage flavors derived from its CosMc’s test, a pilot program aimed at enhancing customer engagement. The initiative has yielded valuable insights that the company believes will improve its offerings.
Started as a way to capitalize on the growing beverage market, CosMc’s initially operated as a standalone format, allowing McDonald’s to trial new flavors without disrupting traditional restaurant operations. This approach enabled the team to innovate and quickly respond to customer feedback.
“What we learned through CosMc’s has transformed our view of how to connect with our fans,” said a company spokesperson. “This is about bringing unique flavors to our menu that align with what customers want.”
The testing phase will evolve further as McDonald’s plans to close all pilot CosMc’s locations and discontinue the CosMc’s app starting in late June. This transition aims to streamline operations while focusing on the new beverage concepts that have been developed.
“We cannot wait to share more about our beverage developments,” the spokesperson added. “Stay tuned as we continue to explore new horizons.”
