Meißen, Germany — The Technical and Administrative Committees of the Meißen District Council will convene next week at the district office. Key topics include street construction and donations.

The committee meetings are set for Tuesday, November 11, and Thursday, November 13, at the district office located at Brauhausstraße 21 in Meißen, starting at 5 p.m.

On Tuesday, the Technical Committee will discuss maintenance measures for district roads in 2026. Members will also consider awarding contracts for the construction of the “Anne Frank” special school and review the completion of the project to develop a joint regional brand for the Meißen district.

The council members will receive updates on infrastructure projects concerning district roads, the status of broadband expansion initiatives, and plans for cycling tourism measures related to the district’s cycling concept.

During the Administrative Committee meeting on Thursday, members will publicly vote on the acceptance of several donations.
