The second season of the Netflix docuseries ‘Sprint‘ is set to premiere on November 13, 2024. This installment promises to follow the riveting journeys of several athletes as they compete in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Among those featured in the series are prominent athletes from Jamaica, as well as emerging talents from other countries.

According to the Jamaica Observer, the first season spotlighted world-renowned Jamaican sprinters Shericka Jackson, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Elaine Thompson. Their preparations for the World Championships and the intense rivalry with U.S. athletes formed the crux of the season’s narrative.

The upcoming season will continue to document the Olympic endeavors of Jamaica’s Shericka Jackson, shedding light on her training and performance. Additionally, U.S. sprinter Noah Lyles will also be featured, providing viewers with a comprehensive view of their competitive journeys.

Alongside Jackson, other Jamaican athletes such as Kishane Thompson, Oblique Seville, and quarter-miler Junelle Bromfield are expected to be prominently highlighted, showcasing their athletic capabilities on the global stage.

Furthermore, the series will also include other notable athletes like St Lucia’s Julien Alfred, Botswana’s Letsile Tebogo, Italy’s Lamont Marcell Jacobs, and the USA’s Gabby Thomas and Fred Kerley.
