2025 U.s. Open Golf Tournament

OAKMONT, Pa. — The 2025 U.S. Open tees off on Thursday, June 12, at Oakmont Country Club, featuring some of golf’s top players competing for the prestigious title.

Scottie Scheffler enters the tournament as the favorite, having won three of his last four tournaments, including a major victory at the PGA Championship. His current odds are +275, making him a strong contender as he seeks his first U.S. Open title.

Defending champion Bryson DeChambeau aims to become the first golfer to win consecutive U.S. Open titles since Brooks Koepka accomplished the feat in 2017 and 2018. He is currently listed at +750.

Rory McIlroy, another top player who won the Masters earlier this year, is also favored with odds listed at +1200. McIlroy looks to improve his U.S. Open performance following a recent missed cut at the RBC Canadian Open.

This year’s U.S. Open marks Oakmont Country Club’s record 10th time hosting the event. Noted for its challenging course, thick rough, and tricky bunkers, Oakmont presents a tough test for golfers.

Alongside Scheffler, DeChambeau, and McIlroy, Jon Rahm shares the same odds of +1200. Rahm is coming off a solid performance where he was tied for the lead with only seven holes left at the PGA Championship.

As the tournament approaches, anticipation builds surrounding which golfer will rise to the occasion at Oakmont and claim the coveted championship.
