Pascal Siakam Cleared to Play for Pacers in Game 3 vs. Knicks

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Indiana Pacers are energized as star forward Pascal Siakam has been cleared to play in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the New York Knicks. With the Pacers currently leading the series 2-0, Siakam’s presence is seen as crucial for maintaining that advantage.
Siakam, who previously dealt with elbow issues earlier this season, is now fully recovered and ready to showcase his scoring ability. After missing several games in April due to right olecranon bursitis, he has not shown any lingering issues during the playoffs since his return on April 13.
“It feels great to be back,” Siakam said. “I’ve been working hard to get to this point, and I’m ready to help my team.”
In Game 2, Siakam put on a stellar performance, scoring a career-high 39 points on 15-of-23 shooting. His efficient scoring has posed serious challenges for the Knicks’ defense, and they must now find ways to limit his impact if they hope to avoid falling into a 3-0 series deficit.
With the final injury report confirming that Siakam has no restrictions, Pacers coach Rick Carlisle expressed confidence in his star player. “Pascal’s a game-changer. He brings a unique skill set that’s tough for any team to defend against,” Carlisle said.
The Knicks will need to strategize urgently. Jalen Brunson, who scored 36 points in Game 2, aims to rally his team. But as the Knicks prepare for the must-win game, they face the pressure not to become the first NBA team to lose a playoff series after leading 3-0.
Game 3 is set to tip off at 8 p.m. Eastern at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, promising an intense battle as both teams vie for the series lead.
