Up Police Constable Exam 2024

The wait for candidates who appeared in the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination 2024 is nearing an end as the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has completed preparations for announcing the results. Following directives from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the results are expected to be released in the last week of October.

The UP Police Constable Recruitment 2024 written exam was conducted over five days from August 23 to August 31, with more than 4.8 million candidates registering their presence. Once announced, candidates will be able to check their results on the official website uppbpb.gov.in.

In addition to the official website, candidates can also access their results through a direct link and process provided on Jansatta.com/education. The UP Police Constable exam was conducted offline, using a pen and paper mode, as confirmed by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB).

Earlier in the year, exams scheduled for February 17 and 18, 2024, were canceled, leading to a rescheduling and change in exam centers for most candidates, who were then reallocated to new centers. The recruitment board has targeted filling 60,244 vacancies through this examination.

The written examination was held in two phases, covering August 23, 24, and 25 for the first phase, and August 30 and 31 for the second phase. Over 4.8 million male and female candidates participated, marking a significant turnout for the recruitment process.

The provisional answer keys for the exam have been released by the board, and objections were invited until September 19, 2024. With these preparations concluding, the UPPBPB is now focused on releasing the results promptly, fulfilling the government’s directive to expedite the recruitment.
